Project brief – what is the need statement that you are addressing? I would like to have seen the MVP clearly outlined with the features below. Nevertheless, I understand for the most part what I will get, especially when I look at the Estimate.
The Need Statement is in the Project brief right under the “What is the objective of the project?” sentence. Sorry I missed opportunity to further explain the MVP, I can see now it wasn’t clear enough for the client. I thought it was OK for very first time filling out a brief.
I noticed I did talk about the MVP, but in the blue section on the brief. Same thing regarding the need statement, I placed it in the blue section. Is that why you “didn’t” see them?
